Hottest day of the entire year in the middle of a heat wave on a holiday weekend. We went just to look at vehicles and left purchasing two brand new trucks and trading both of our vehicles in. Shawn was an excellent sales representative to work with.

I brought my vehicle in for basic service. I purchased this 2023 GMC Canyon Denali and other vehicles from Diamond and I am always satisfied with the customer service.

The technician explained exactly what was needed prior to performing the service. This was greatly appreciated as more items than expected were found. The team worked with us to accommodate our needs as we could not pick the vehicle up the next day. Overall, a pleasant experience, as always!

I never received a call from my advisor. In fact this is the 4th service appointment and each time never received a phone call. I don't know if they are just overwhelmed with appointments or what. A simple phone call would be suffice enough. I've always had to call myself numerous times for updates.
