It was quick and easy. Everyone was pleasant. It was the best car buying experience i have ever had. No BS. I am very happy with everything.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. I have a dually it did not realize what was involved with a tire rotation. I brought truck in for a 10 o'clock appt. It took till 1040 before I was able to speak to someone. My truck was finally finished at about 2:30. When I saw my truck I was in shock. The tire rotation was a disaster. I had to bring my truck back 2 day later to have the rotation completed. All that needed to be done was to complete the tire rotation on the second vist. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am. I texted the service department at 11:47 and was told that my truck would be done sometime in the afternoon. I Never recieved any info from the service department so around 4:47 I text again. I was told that it was finished. So it took 2 trips and 13 1/2 hour to get an oil change and tire rotation. This is unacceptable. I will say that the service rep was very nice and helpful.

Truck went in for oil change and front end noise... noise still there also i was told that I would get reimbursement for sticker and tow bill to be told no we can't do that... I'm very displeased with 89 thousand dollars truck.... and dealership..
