I had previously had my oil change at another shop and the team at Diamond found a stripped thread on the oil filter connection caused by cross threading the oil filter. They were able to correct the problem and box up the damaged parts so I could show the other repair the mistake they had made. Bruce kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle. Overall I’m please with the customer service I received. Great job!

We had a 9:00 appointment on Friday and our car did not even go into the garage until almost 3:00. The workers gave us the run around. Our computer in the car says we needed breaks which is what we made the appointment for. They then proceeded to tell us we don’t need breaks and the breaks were already replaced in the car which is not the case the car is only 1 year old and we haven’t taken the car to get work done anywhere but Diamond. We were charged $200 to run a software update in order to clear the break code which doesn’t make sense since it should all still be under warranty.

Your staff of employees that I have dealt with have been very courteous, informative, and professional. They have answered all my questions and I understand what was done. Now with that said, driving home this evening from work the tire light has gone on again . I unfortunately do not have the time to come back to have it re -evaluated . Wishing I had all 4 sensors changed out in hindsight.
