I scheduled my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks online for 7:30 in morning. I was the first auto inline to have service done. I was asked when I need my automobile. I said at 11:00 AM. Called office 3 times to finally tell me that they have started on my vehicle around 2 PM. Was notified that around 3 that my vehicle was ready. Why schedule an online appointment? Why ask when I need my vehicle then deliver on none of it. There is an old saying " Salesmen sells the first auto but service sells the rest of them. " Words to life by.

My service visits are very different now I am retired and no longer commute 100 m/p/dy. In fact, it's the exact opposite, so the service rep has to go by length of time rather than only mileage when reviewing any necessary/required service. That is exactly what Aimee Barnes did for me at my last service call. We also talked about upcoming requirements for the pre-vacation service this summer, allowing me to plan for that visit, which is much appreciated.

I called in when my truck shut down while drive and had it towed in and they got the codes and got it back on the road in a few days when parts came in

I was able to get in and out for my morning appointment with no issue. Brad was great. The techs found an issue and messaged me pictures so that I could approve the fix and get it done quickly. Had a great breakfast sandwich at the cafe too.
